Let us start with the sad reality: to obtain pure image quality, macro lenses are unbeatable. After all, they are optimized for close focus and are available in the XF60mmF2.4 R Macro and XF80mmF2.8 R LM OIS WR Macro variants.
Of course, here we have a “small” problem. In this case, in the form of euros, or dollars, or pounds, varying between 500 and 1000 euros, for the XF60mm and XF80mm, respectively. Even though we do not know your financial situation, we fully understand that for some of the photographers, these values â€‹â€‹are out of budget.
