Since I’m part of the FUJIFILM X-Photpgraphers of Singapore (Dec 2016), this is my first time that I was contributing to a launch of a new camera. I want to thank FUJIFILM Singapore for this opportunity with the FUJIFILM X-E3, please find my review bellow. Just a little summary about the cameras I did owned […]
A couple of months ago I picked up the Fuji X-T2 to round off my current lineup of cameras which was sorely lacking in the DSLR/Mirrorless category… After selling my Lumix GH4 back in 2015 and “upgrading” to a Sony A7S II – which I also sold not long after due to issues with it’s […]
It’s no secret Mirrorless cameras are becoming hugely popular, talking to various people in the industry the sales of these cameras have really increased in recent times. Being present for the unveiling of the new FUJIFILM GFX 50S at Photokina filled me with considerable hope that FUJIFILM would have come up with something special. I knew I had to stay grounded though, as […]
Almost a year ago I did a review of the Fujifilm 35mm f2, and this is what I wrote there: In fact, as I’ve written in an older post, Fuji ought to continue this trend with the smaller lenses. The 23mm f/2 is on the cards, it seems. Why not see a 16mm f/2 or […]
The Fujifilm GFX 50S really is a game changer for Fuji. A medium format mirrorless camera, it combines the company’s heritage of classic medium format film cameras like the G690, GS645 and G617 with their retro mirrorless digital X Series. It’s a fascinating combination and it makes sense for a company like Fuji to […]
I’ll get straight to the point: This lens is hands-down my absolute favorite lens that I’ve shot with on my Fujifilm X-T2. Hell, it may even be my favorite lens *ever*, but I want to give it some time before I stick with such a bold claim. First off, I have to thank […]
